As the city is rebuilt as a technological utopia, the Overlord's spirit who survived his battle with Lloyd possesses the network and uses the new robotic creations to take control: his aim is to steal Lloyd's power and become the Golden Master. The ninja, who lost their elemental powers, end up on the run, gaining help from Garmadon and a android called P.I.X.A.L.. Wu is captured and turned evil by the Overlord. A disguised Pythor, who survived the events of the first season, aids the Overlord in restoring control and gaining Lloyd's power. The ninja delay the Overlord's transformation and Lloyd divides his energy between them, restoring their powers. However, the Overlord uses the Golden Weapons to complete the transformation, triggering a great battle in Ninjago City. It ends when Zane sacrifices himself to destroy the weapons and their master. Though inicially thought dead, Zane is revealed to have survived in digital form.

Garmadon's young son Lloyd Garmadon, who has released an ancient evil: an army of five snake tribes known in legends as the Serpentine. The four Ninja must stop them from uniting to unleash The Great Devourer, a massive black, green and purple snake with the power to consume all of Ninjago and a bite that can turn people evil, which is what made Lord Garmadon into what he is now. However, Lloyd was betrayed by three of the five tribes before Sensei Wu convinced him to join their side, taking pity on him because of being left alone. Eventually, the Serpentine held Lloyd as a hostage, and Lord Garmadon, who returned with the help of Sensei Wu, had agreed to aid the Ninja in rescuing Lloyd and stopping the Serpentine, considering the fact that Garmadon himself wants to be the one to threaten Ninjago and wanting revenge on the beast responsible for his fall into evil. To this end, he even gets the Skeleton Army to help fight against the Serpentine, despite the fact he planned their former leader's death. However, despite the combined efforts of the Ninja, Garmadon, and the Skeletons, the Snake King Pythor, the last of the much-feared tribe known as the 

Fangpyre Mech

Anacondrai, manages to release the Great Devourer in a mad attempt to gain his revenge on the people of Ninjago, although he realized too late that The Great Devourer consumes even its own kind. He and Wu are eaten by the Devourer, leaving only the Ninja, Nya (who became a secret fighter known as Samurai X) and Lloyd (revealed to be the Green Ninja) to fight against the monster. Eventually, Lord Garmadon comes to the rescue and destroys the 
creature by using the combined might of the Four Golden Weapons given by the Ninja. After the Serpent's destruction, Wu is found to have survived and Garmadon vanishes with the weapons. Despite losing the weapons, the Ninja prepare to train Lloyd so that he can face his father one day for the sake of Ninjago, something which he was afraid to for the sake of their bond.

Kai Smith/Red Ninja: Like the other Ninja, Kai believed that he would become the Green Ninja, but his drive to do so kept him from discovering his full potential until the other Ninja had already succeeded in doing so. 

Jay Walker/Blue Ninja: Jay is the Blue Ninja of Lightning, the most lighthearted of the group and Nya's boyfriend & An inventor.

Zane Julien/White Ninja: The other Ninja found Zane hard to understand, as he often didn't comprehend their sense of humor or customs. However, they did appreciate his cooking ability, which curiously was an ability not programmed into him by his father. After learning the truth about himself and regaining his memories, Zane unlocked his true potential.

Cole Brookestone/Black Ninja: Cole eventually earned his father's approval with his own style, and after mastering the Sashay unlocked his true potential. Later, Cole would discover that Nya may have feelings for him, leading to an antagonism between him and Jay. Cole really doesn't like her all that much. 

Lloyd Montgomery Garmadon/Green Ninja/Golden Ninja The son of Misako and Garmadon, the nephew of Sensei Wu and both the Green Ninja and Golden Ninja of legend. Lloyd was left at Darkley's Boarding School by his mother due to his father taking the path of evil, with Misako setting out to find a way of preventing the prophecied final battle between father and son. A mischievous boy, Lloyd tried to follow in his father's footsteps, only to foolishly release the Serpentine from their tombs. He was eventually taken in by his uncle, and was captured by the Serpentine while trying to find out their plans.

Nya Smith: Kai's younger sister She also fights under by her alter ego "Samurai X," initially concealing her identity from the Ninja and their enemies.

Sensei Wu Garmadon: Though his students succeeded in recovering the Golden Weapons, he found them to be childish upon learning of the prophecy of the Green Ninja. He also faced the challenge of dealing with his nephew Lloyd, who attempted to follow in his father's footsteps by unleashing the evil Serpentine. Recognizing the danger, he sought out his estranged brother, and the two briefly joined forces in order to rescue Lloyd. When it was learned that Lloyd was in fact the destined Green Ninja, Wu participated in his training but allowed his four pupils to take the lead. Sensei Wu confronted Pythor in an attempt to prevent the rise of the Great Devourer, and was swallowed by the Devourer along with his foe, but emerged unharmed thanks to the unlikely cooperation between his brother and students.

sensei Garmadon: It would not be until years later-after he married Misako and they had Lloyd-that the growing evil in his heart would lead him to try and take his father's Golden Weapons for himself.

Sensei Wu

Ninjago was created by the First Master of Spinjitzu using the Four Golden Weapons: the Sword of Fire, the Nunchucks of Lightning, the Scythe of Quakes (earth) and the Shurikens of Ice. Wu and Garmadon fought, and the older brother, Garmadon, was banished to the Underworld, then he take over the underworld from Samukai; the previous leader of the underwold, and now samukai became the general of garmadon's army.  Peace didn't last for long, as Garmadon had sent Skeletons from the underworld to steal the four Weapons. Sensei Wu found four teenagers to train as ninja; Kai, Jay, Cole, and Zane. But the Ninja's were capable to fought back because of their teamwork.Traveling across Ninjago, Sensei Wu and his four elementally-attuned students, Kai (Fire), Jay (Lightning), Zane (Ice) and Cole (Earth) recover the Golden Weapons, together with trying to find and rescue Kai's sister, Nya. Kai is tricked and runs off alone and finds the Sword of Fire, but is confronted by Garmadon in shadow-form. Kai

rescues Nya and makes peace with the Dragon guardians, but, in order to keep the Sword of Fire from Garmadon, Wu sacrifices himself and travels to the Underworld. The four Ninja follow him down on their dragons, who are magical and can exist in both worlds. After defeating the Skeleton Army with the ultimate Spinjitzu move, the Tornado of Creation, they come upon Sensei fighting the general of the Skeleton Army, Samukai, who is in possession of three of the Golden Weapons (stolen from the Ninja earlier while they rested in the forests near the Fire Temple). Wu is defeated and Samukai tries to take the weapons for his own, but their combined power, too much for any normal being to control, destroys him and creates a portal into another realm between space and time, allowing Garmadon to escape, but one day return with enough power to wield the Four Golden Weapons. With Garmadon gone, the balance is temporarily restored, and the Ninja will prepare to train themselves for the day the Darkness returns once more.  Eventually Nya trained how to become a ninja just like his brother Kai.

Equipped with the complex diving equipment, they were sent to recover a treasure from an ancient king.  And they are ready to take on the unknown danger with latest, most advanced & the most sophisticated equipment and vehicles. They were also give multiple weapons. But dangers lurk on their journey and they are attacked by several deadly & giant underwater creatures. Once their base were attacked by a giant squid, Their one-man underwater boat was attacked by giant angler fish, the underwater mech were also attacked giant lobster, Their shark-killer sub was attacked by the ferocious tiger shark & their giant sub were also attack by the giant crab. But they kept finding the treasure without giving up. Along their treassue hunt and fight with the creatures they discovered more and more treasure to be collect & study for more archaeological information, facts & prove.

The heroic Space Police are trying to capture the alien criminals. Criminals include the Black Hole Gang (consisting of Kranxx, Snake, the Skull Twins, Slizer, Frenzy and Squidman) So far, there have been 6 police logs showcasing different crimes being committed, to tie in with the sets. Each of the sets feature logos or insignias of previous LEGO Space themes, such as Spyrius, Blacktron, and Classic Space, as a shoutout to the history of LEGO Space. several Space Police vehicle or craft contain modular containment pods for criminals. These pods, aside from minor colour shifts, are all identical from set to set, and can be interchanged between sets. They all feature a "blow away" target which, when hit by a weapon mounted on an Alien Criminal vehicle, would blow open the top hatch of the pod and free the prisoner.

MX-81 Hypersonic Operations Aircraft

In the year 2045, another multi-million dollar project was executed on the planet Mars. A highly upgraded version of the Spirit, a previous martian rover was sent to the Red Planet on a mission to do what its main purpose was - to find evidence of life on the planet. After three months the rover came back with negative results of any traces of life. It did, however, find something much more useful and valuable - mysterious, radio-active crystals packed to the limit with energy, something very much needed on Earth. The space scientists quickly transfer the information to a highly secured government base, and then to the president. And finally, after much debate, it was decided than space transport ships and heavy duty mining vehicles to be constructed and sent to retrieve as much crystals as they can and bring them back to Earth. Top technician scientists are secretly contacted and the armada of ships are constructed as well as the thousands of mining vehicles loaded into the ships. In two years, the brand-new, shiny transport spaceships emerge from the underground factory and blast their way forward on their mining mission, the Mars Mission. But what they were about to encounter was something that they would never want to encounter again.

Once arriving on the Red Planet, with vehicles designed for exploration and mining, the astronauts began mining the energy crystals abundant there. But soon, the crystals begin disappearing. It does not take the astronauts long to find the source of the problem: aliens sneakily making raids on their crystals. However, once discovered, the aliens become more open – and dangerous – about their thefts. The Astros quickly convert their vehicles into a hi-tech defense military force, and so, the war on Mars began. Later, the Astros at Eagle Command Base intercept a coded message from the aliens, saying they are not from Mars, but still intend to drive away the astronauts and claim the crystals for themselves. It was a harsh struggle for a long while, with both sides on a stalemate, until one of the Astro , named the Crystal Reaper, accidentally stumbled across the cracks forming the surface of the Alien Hive on Olympus Mons.

Once awakened, the Hive, led by the ancient Alien Commander, led a strike force upon the teams of astronauts searching the mountain for energy crystals. There, the Battle of Olympus Mons began, with both Astros and Aliens taking heavy losses. An elite team of astronauts is sent into the hive to destroy it, and in the end, resulting in the destruction of the Hive.

A crazed doctor, Dr. Inferno, often sends his henchman and cyborgs on missions to steal treasure or terrorise the city. Formerly helping the agents, Inferno lost his arm to an explosion and blamed it on the agents. He established a base at a volcano and hired men as his henchmen. The agents are always included in a set, along with a special vehicle. The sets serve as story starters, allowing children to link them all together to form a "Master Plan." There are four agents, but two more appear in Agents 2.0. Agent Chase is the most common and comes in most every set. Agent Fuse is hard to find seeing he only comes in three sets. Agent Charge is also hard to find, since he also only comes in four sets. Agent Trace is very rare, since most sets she comes in are very expensive. Agent Swift and Swipe are exclusive to the sets they come in, which are Ariel Defense Unit and Gold Tooth's Getaway. There are many henchmen of Dr. Inferno, mostly they are deformed or robots. Dr. Inferno is part robot himself, since his right arm is a metal hand. The Agents have an undercover truck as their base, and Dr. Inferno's is a large volcano. The Agent scheme color is navy blue, lime green and light grey, Dr. Inferno's is orange and black.
